Our clients have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days from its signing, without the need to provide reasons or incur additional costs. This right can be exercised by sending a written notification to HOVERTHINK S.R.L. by mail or email.
10. Refund of Payments
In the event of contract cancellation in accordance with point 9, HOVERTHINK S.R.L. will fully refund any payments made by the client within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method initially used by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Customized Services
It is important to mention that, due to the nature of the services offered by HOVERTHINK S.R.L., in cases where web design and development work has been initiated at the explicit request of the client and carried out according to their specifications, the right to cancel the contract may be limited or eliminated, in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

4. Facturare, plata, stergere/suspendare servicii
Pentru serviciile contractate, facturarea se face conform aspectelor agreate cu beneficiarul, respectiv contractul de prestari servicii incheiat intre cele 2 parti.Termenul de plata este cel specificat pe factura, intarzierea efectuarii platii poate duce la suspendarea ori chiar stergerea serviciilor, cu informarea clientului in prealabil, serviciile urmand a fi reactivate dupa efectuarea platii.
5. Protectia datelor
Conform cerintelor Legii nr. 677/2001 pentru protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date, modificata si completata, HOVERTHINK S.R.L. are obligatia de a administra in conditii de siguranta si numai pentru scopurile specificate, datele personale pe care ni le furnizati despre dumneavoastra, un membru al familiei dumneavoastra ori o alta persoana.Scopul colectarii datelor este: furnizarea serviciilor si produselor conform ofertei curente. Sunteti obligat(a) sa furnizati aceste date, ele fiind necesare pentru a putea identifica destinatarul serviciilor sau produselor furnizate.Refuzul dumneavoastra determina imposibilitatea furnizarii serviciului. În conformitate cu Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor în cadrul contractelor încheiate cu profesioniștii, aceasta este politica noastră de retur pentru serviciile de Design Specializat oferite de HOVERTHINK S.R.L..
9. Dreptul la Anulare a Contractului
Clienții noștri au dreptul să anuleze contractul în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la semnarea acestuia, fără a fi nevoie să furnizeze motive sau să suporte costuri suplimentare. Acest drept poate fi exercitat prin transmiterea unei notificări scrise către HOVERTHINK S.R.L. prin poștă sau e-mail.
10. Restituirea Plăților
În cazul anulării contractului în conformitate cu punctul 9, HOVERTHINK S.R.L. va restitui integral orice sume plătite de către client în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea notificării de anulare. Restituirea se va face utilizând aceeași metodă de plată folosită inițial de către client, cu excepția cazului în care s-a convenit altfel.
11. Serviciile Particularizate
Este important de menționat că, datorită naturii serviciilor oferite de HOVERTHINK S.R.L., în cazul în care lucrările de proiectare și dezvoltare web au fost începute la cererea explicită a clientului și au fost realizate conform specificațiilor acestuia, dreptul la anulare a contractului poate fi limitat sau eliminat, în conformitate cu prevederile Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 34/2014.11.

13. Livrare
Termenul Estimativ de Livrare: Termenul estimativ de livrare va fi stabilit de comun acord cu clientul într-un format scris. În general, termenul de livrare poate varia în funcție de complexitatea proiectului și de cerințele specifice ale clientului. Detalii suplimentare privind termenul de livrare vor fi furnizate în momentul încheierii contractului.
Modul de Livrare: Produsele sau serviciile vor fi livrate digital, prin intermediul platformei noastre online sau prin alte mijloace convenite în prealabil cu clientul. Odată ce produsul finalizat este disponibil, acesta va fi livrat clientului conform acordului stabilit.
14. Dispozitii finale
